You’ve heard about the physical and mental benefits of meditation, but maybe you’ve been put off by the fuzzy, new age-y content that’s out there. This app is for you.
This app gives you a practical introduction to many different types of meditation. With both theory and practice videos included, you can try it yourself – without abandoning or accepting any particular beliefs.
This app is about learning to meditate and calm the mind, without any religious or spiritual angle. Conversely, it will not conflict with any beliefs you may or may not already have!
For each of 8 types of meditation, Neal discusses the basic “how to’s” of the meditation, then walks you through with an actual practice of the meditation.
No guesswork, just getting the basics down and giving it a shot.
A Certified Personal Trainer, Neal Warren has been teaching and coaching stretching, soccer, yoga, and overall fitness since 2003. He trains everyone from tactical athletes to grandparents.
For over six years, Neal lived in England, Spain, Japan, India and Nepal – learning various types of meditation, fitness and training from dozens of experts.

Exercise (and mental exercise) is meant to be challenging, and at times uncomfortable – but never painful.
Pain is your body’s way of saying, “you’re doing it wrong”.
