Join CPT Neal Warren as he safely walks you through basic stretches designed to increase your flexibility. This app includes 50 videos and over 3 hours of content: 35 training videos, 6 workouts, and 7 complete routines.
This app has 35 stretches of 4 different types:
15 Active Stretches. Actively exert effort to stretch specific muscle groups.
8 Passive Stretches. Exert no effort. Gravity does all the work.
8 Dynamic Stretches. Exercises that don’t seem like stretching, but increase flexibility simply by doing them.
4 Strengthening Exercises. Strengthening muscles in order to increase flexibility in the opposing muscle group.
Neal Warren is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He trains everyone from tactical athletes to grandparents.
Neal’s traveled the world learning from the best, and now he has incorporated it all into a complete exercise program that improves strength, power, cardiovascular conditioning and mental toughness.
Easy-to-follow training videos are broken down and demonstrated for simplicity.
Once you’ve learned and practiced some stretches, try the complete routines – as they are made up of the exact stretches you just learned.
The routines feature full rounds where Neal stretches along with you. Need another round? Simply repeat the video.

Neal realized some time ago is that yoga is not for everyone, and there are a lot of people who want to be more flexible without buying into a yoga program or ideology. Therefore, Neal set out to really master what stretching is and what it does – approaching it from a more Western and clinical fashion.
This app is intended as a low-cost introduction to stretching. Always consult with a doctor prior to starting any training regimine.
No. This app is intended as an introduction and a reference guide. In general, the exercises are put in the specific workout order for a reason.
So if you own both devices, you can put it on both devices with a single purchase.
This app was build for iOS 8 or later.
The initial download is less than 20MB.
Upon retrieval by WiFi or data connection, videos are stored on your device. This increases the size of the app – up to a total size of 475MB.
However, we have purposely limited video quality to minimize the space taken up on your device. Do you really need full HD video for this anyway? 🙂
You can remove these videos in the Settings menu, or by simply uninstalling the app from your device.
Solution: Get on a strong WiFi connection and re-download all the videos.
If your WiFi connection was interrupted during video download – you might have only downloaded part of the video.
To fix this, first make sure you are on a strong WiFi connection.
Second, launch the app and tap Settings, then tap Remove All Videos, Yes, then Close.
Finally, tap Download All Videos and wait until you see they have all been downloaded. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Solution: Turn off the mute switch (or mute icon). Disable Bluetooth.
By default, the “side switch” (located near the volume controls of your device) functions to mute most sounds on your device. If you look at it and see the color red, your switch is in the wrong position.
When you change the switch position, if you see a lock icon (not a bell icon) appear on your screen, then your side switch is set to “lock screen rotation”.
In this case, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access the Control Center, then tap the mute icon (the bell) so that it is black (not white).
If you have a connected Bluetooth headset, the sound might be playing though that. Simply disable your Bluetooth.
